Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office in Chicago Downtown, 2 days remote
Overview:

This is a foundational revenue role at an early-stage company.
Not a junior BDR. Not a “wait for inbound” AE.
You’ll own the top and mid-funnel and help shape how deals move from first conversation to revenue. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to build a repeatable growth engine.

  • Build and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline
  • Collaborate with technical teams on solution positioning
  • Contribute to messaging, ICP definition, and sales process

  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Prefer responsibility over rigid job boundaries
  • Want a clear path to a senior revenue role
Requirements
  • 1–2 years in BDR, AE, or hybrid sales roles (B2B tech preferred)
  • Experience running discovery calls end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
  • Experience with Attio CRM or similar modern CRMs
  • Startup or early-stage experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
  • The base salary for this position is $60,000.
