Mihalis Papakonstantinou is a senior Data Engineer and Elastic expert leading data initiatives at Agroknow and FOODAKAI. With 8+ years of experience, he builds large-scale platforms that turn unstructured data into searchable insights. He’s an Elastic Search Award Honoree and has led award-winning NLP and data engineering projects in the agri-food space. Mihalis holds a Master’s in Informatics from the University of Athens.
George Petsangourakis is a Data Engineer at Agroknow, with a background in applied mathematics and a growing specialization in big data and AI. He brings hands-on experience in Python, R, and Matlab, and has worked on real-world optimization problems in both industry and academia.
